CEO, Tammy Williams has worked in the broadcast industry for over 30 years starting her career as an editor at WTVF (CBS) in Nashville, TN. She has a diverse writing and producing portfolio which includes: films, television shows, biographies, documentaries, entertainment and network news. She has several years of live award show creative direction and producing as well as well as directing and producing for multi-media platforms such as,
Fox Television, ABC, EXTRA, UPTV, BET, MTV, Getty Images and others. Williams has developed marketing and promotional videos for commercial clients, such as AT&T, McDonald’s, Allstate, Chevrolet, State Farm, Walmart, Ford, and UNCF.
Williams also is the founder/owner, creator, producer and writer of Naturally Brown Woman. Naturally Brown Woman’s The mission of Naturally Brown Woman is to empower women of color to be self-sufficient is all wellness sufficiency. Through the sharing of resources, ideas and concepts, NBW is an educational collective that provides resources to help women of color live healthier and more prosperous lifestyles.
Williams has made her director’s debut with the back-door pilot of the family series, the chronicles of Ernie & Cerbie. Williams holds a B.S. in Mass Communications, Radio/Television Production from Middle Tennessee State University
Williams also found and created, TammyDele Films workshops and job training. TammyDele Films has graduated over 3,000 students who are now working for some of the largest film and television studios in the world. From Tyler Perry to, Will Packard Production, Disney, Netflix, NBCUniversal, Sony Pictures and many more.
Williams is from Murfreesboro, TN and graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a degree in TV Production. She served as Board Chair for Amario’s Art Academy and is the recipient of several awards including the NAACP Ruby Hurley Image Award.
Alvin Williams is a multi-facet Serial Entrepreneur, studio owner, seasoned marketing executive, a multi-platform content creator and a Grammy award winning music executive.
Williams was born and reared in Chattanooga and graduated from Brainerd Senior High. Williams is also a lifetime member of the NAACP and a former ACT-SO participate.
Every day is a purpose driven hectic day with Williams serving as a marketing executive for the Black Promoters Collective. An African America owned concert promotions company. In 2022, Williams was responsible for marketing two of the biggest sellout tours in the world; The Culture Tour with New Edition, Charlie Wilson and Jodeci, The Night Tour featuring Maxwell, Joe and Anthony Hamilton. Now Williams is marketing the Good Morning Gorgeous Tour with Mary J. Blige, Ella Mae and Queen Nasir and The Millennium Tour, Turned Up! 2022. Williams was marketing executive for G-Squared events who just recently won a Billboard Awards for the Best R&B Tour 2022, The Millennium Tour featuring, Omarion, Bow Wow, Lloyd, Sammie, SoulJa Boy, Ashanti, Pretty Ricky and the Ying Yang Twins.
Williams is also a co-owner with his wife and partner Gary Guidry in CS145 LED Production Studios and Cinema South Studios where they will be expanding their current facilities to an 85 acres compound that will break-ground in 4th quarter 2022. Williams wife, Tammy Williams is majority owner, making her the first African American female in the country to own a major LED Virtual Production Studio and a major film production complex.
Alvin is a Consultant and Producer for The Ruckus Comedy. Co-creating, developing and co-producing new comedic content while producing The Ruckus Comedy branded radio shows for SiriusXM.
Alvin has been in the business for over 30 years, starting with his street promotions company while attending Tennessee State University. Introducing and promoting comedians thru the local comedy club Zanies Comedy Showplace. Alvin promoted some of the top comedians in the country, everyone from Jamie Foxx, Chris Rock, Chris Tucker, Bernie Mac, Steve Harvey, Rickey Smiley, D.L. Hughley, Bruce Bruce, Walter Lathem Entertainment’s Kings of Comedy and Queens of Comedy, Def Comedy Jam Tour and the national concert tour, The Comedy Get Down featuring, George Lopez, Cedric The Entertainer, Eddie Griffin, D.L. Hughley and the late great Charlie Murphy.
Williams is former Executive Vice President and co-founder of Alchemy Networks, developing a new digital to TV model targeted to the 13 to 34 multicultural millennial and 25 to 54 women of color. Alvin was responsible for marketing, business development, publicity, online, social media and ad sales.
Williams’ tenure also includes a post as Senior Director of Music, Talent & Acquisitions at UP TV, where he was instrumental in launching the small cable network from zero households to over 40 million households as Director of Affiliate Marketing & Affinity Promotions. Alvin was later tapped by the CEO to create the Music Industry & Acquisitions department that lead to success of advertiser supported short-form and long-form programming.
While at UPTV, formerly Gospel Music Channel, Williams created and wrote the bill for, Gospel Music Heritage Month, that was sponsored by Congress Woman Shelia Jackson Lee and Senator Blanche Lincoln that was passed by the United Stated Senate and House of Representative, declaring September as Gospel Music Heritage Month.
Williams is also a former Grammy Award winning, A&R director, first with Word Entertainment/Warner Brothers, where he was responsible for signing and executive producing projects for artist such as Shirley Caesar, Marvin Sapp, The WOW project, and others. Williams also created and was Director of Music Word Gospel/Sony Music. A&Red projects and working with such artist as Beyonce, Kelly Rowland, Michelle Williams, and MTV/Paramount Pictures movie, The Fighting Temptations. Under Williams direction, his first release with Michelle Williams entered the Gospel Billboard charts at #1 as well as his second release, debut at #1, The soundtrack to The Fighting Temptations.
He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Tennessee State University and is an honorable discharged veteran of the United States Army
